City Disposal Services, Inc is family owned and operated. We provide dumpster rentals, portable storage containers, and construction waste recycling services to contractors, businesses, and homeowners. Meet the Immels

Tim and Katie (Owners)

Before City Disposal Services, Tim worked as a utility contractor for over 15 years. Tim joined City Disposal Service's team in 2020 and quickly learned the business! You can find Tim delivering dumpsters, in the shop working on trucks, or helping out in the office. Tim is a volunteer firefighter and first responder for the town of Greenville.

The second generation in her family business, Katie joined the City Disposal Services team in 2017. She was no stranger to the business, as her father started it over 25 years ago. Katie's passion lies in customer satisfaction, and she embraces the importance of communication, teamwork, and honesty.


While not at work, you can find Tim and Katie spending time with family and friends. They enjoy all things outdoors, cheering on the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers, and trying out different Wisconsin supper clubs!

Our Philosophy

At City Disposal Services, we pride ourselves on being better, not bigger. Unlike larger, nationwide companies, when you call City Disposal Services, you reach us directly. No call centers. No automated response systems. This gives us the ability to respond to your needs in ways that our larger competitors can’t.


Many waste removal companies use a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but that’s not the way we do business. We take great pride in finding solutions that work best for each of our individual customers.

Our Mission

Founder, Tim Inglese (Katie's Dad), purchased his first truck in 1998 and set out to create a company that remedied the shortcomings of the larger dumpster rental providers. He dreamed of a business that would grow through word-of-mouth based on its exceptional customer service. ​


Tim made it his mission to provide a more flexible alternative that would deliver consistent, high-quality services at an affordable price. 25 years later, our mission remains the same.
